Advise I would give to other students are to study their APA formatting. In the past ten weeks I strengthened in punctuation, critical thinking, and APA formatting. Learning how to reference and cite correctly is very beneficial to research paper. yes, this course has been great! even with the blog; which I really grew to like.

Class,
I am very nervous with how my paper will be graded. Plagiarism is something I do not want to occur. I also feel accomplished because writing a paper takes a whole lot of research, seeing the end result it an accomplishment. I do not like writing, I like reading but writing not so much. I do respect writers allot because they have a tremendously hard job. Another topic I would like to research is child abuse.

Hi everyone,

I have had a great time this semester so far. I seem to be getting used to the blog and the assignment for class are interestingly fun. I am sometimes overwhelmed when I have a crazy work schedule and little time for school, but I eventually get my work done by deadline. Don't many comment on my blog;which if fine. I only visit this site because I have to get a grade. I have no plans to continue, blogs are not my thing.

I feel great about peer reviews! As I expressed in seminar, the class give such great constructive criticism. I have yet to have any "ah ha" moments. I am too busy trying to make sure my paper is clear to my reader because I knew nothing about the collaboration between investigators and polygraphs. I find it interesting that polygraph are proven to be scientifically accurate for court.

unit 6

Well I am late again you guys. It has been one of those crazy weeks. My hours at work are crazy and enabling me to finish my studies on time, but I am hanging in there. I just hope my teachers understand. I tend to use homework as meditation time, a way to clear my head and get away from all the confusion going on right now. My daughter caught the stomach flew and after I finished nursing her back to health I caught the stomach flu; so you guys can imagine the Set back it caused me. I am still maintaining and staying devoted to my classmates and teacher to make it through this semester.

As far as my research goes for my project: Polygraphs used by law enforcement, I don't think it will be influenced by any other research later. If anything I want my paper to give the reader information on option they can use when it comes to legal issues and polygraph testings.

Unit 5

I am a little late posting; this week has been so hectic for me. In reference to the assignment, I like to just first free write about what ever I know about my subject. After that I brainstorm ideas and then some research. From there I choose and sort out what I want to write about in my paper, research ideas and write my thesis.

School is really having a hugh and great impact in my life. I am so proud of myself and hope to have I life long career and continue my education. I have also had some challenges like not being able to make it to all my seminars and this week my work schedule got in the way of finishing my work on time. But overall I am maintaining and ready for the big reward in the end!

hi guys,

Citing is very important when you want your reader to recognize your point of view. You cite information to show what type of credentials you used to back up your research.

If someone passed my creation off as there own, I would feel used. Depending on the situation I would take the necessary steps to have this person disciplined.

I really do not like Wikipedia because they betray themselves as being an informative cite, but a lot of their information is inaccurate.

Hi everyone it's unit 3

I am writing about either The use of polygraph test by law enforcement or Mandatory drug testing for all employees. I want to do something that keeps my attention as well as my reader's attention. I also want to write write my subject that has a lot of information. What do you guys think?

I love being an online student. The schedule is so flexible and fits right into my lifestyle. Right now this class starts at 10 o' clock at night. I work most nights and that could be a problem. Overall I am having a great time staying focused and learning. I think students should become very active during class and discussion board. Students can not be afraid to e-mail other students and get help with their studies.

Being part of this "blog-o-sphere" is honestly and literally a hassle every time I sign on; I just can not get the hang of it. Hopefully you guys will get this post.
